Who We Are
Hello! We are St. Clair Shine. We are a brotherly-duo who perform exterior home care services. We do primarily gutter cleanouts and window cleaning services for residential properties in the Philadelphia area.
This is our first business we've ever attempted to run and we are excited to be able to serve our favorite city in the world!
We are originally from Louisville, KY but moved to Philadelphia in February of 2024 to pursue stand-up comedy and music, but found ourselves struggling to find a way to make this lifestyle work without conflicting with our day jobs.
So we thought it would be best to start our own business, set our own hours, and be our own boss for once in our lives! And we couldn't be more excited.

This is why we went into business. St. Clair Shine began as a natural extension of cleaning my neighbors houses and family members. Suddenly it grew into my full-time work and it’s been an awesome ride so far!
We are passionate about helping others keep their homes clean and safe.
With the best safety equipment and tools, your roof is in good hands.
We never use high pressure on roofs, as it can damage shingles easily. We use only gentle nylon brushes and our own 5.5 gallon per minute pro sprayer to apply chemicals to keep your roof clean and safe. Gutters cleaning is done by hand and every speck blown out.
Finally, its always a good idea to apply moss out zinc powder annually. This keeps damaging moss at bay and can make your roof last much longer!
